I also have the ability to injection mould small components in house with the use of a desktop moulding machine.  The machine allows for me to produce components up to a shot weight of 20 grams.  I can support the manufacture of new product ideas utilising simple tooling manufacture this allows me to tool up for products cost effectively.

As a freelance small plastics consultancy I can give support on plastics from concept design right through to process development. More recently I have been involved extensively with product design for recyclability. I can support business on a part time or full time basis depending on project requirements.

Currently I have a patent pending on a new DIY product. I also have two other products sold through an industrial catalogue company, I don’t class myself as an expert on patents and patent law but I do have good knowledge of this area.
